Announcing the new and improved L2 Pre-amplifier kit Mk2.
We have revamped the L2 Pre-amplifier kit and now offer an excellent new product that is a great build with a fantastic new manual and lots of upgrade potential - the price point makes it easy to add a very high quality phono / line pre-amp with the AN M2 Power supply to your audio system - Whether its vinyl or CD you can expect amazing sound quality through the L2 Pre-Amplifier ! Our new Line stage board is available as a PCB or Silver Hardwired for more experienced builders - the new L2 Phono Stage designed by Andy Grove yields a perfect RIAA curve using a 12AX7 input and 12AU7 output (optional output tube available in a 6922/6DJ8configuration). We have written a new manual chock full with tons of color pictures and you can browse through it on the new L2 Web page. We have added a lot more test steps in the kit so that you know exactly how you stand during your build - you will be testing each section electrically for both DC and AC conditions during the build. The new Step Up Kit is now available - We have been working on this product for quite a while! We are pleased to offer this new product for $525USD.
Andy Grove has designed the moving coil step-up transformers for the product, which can be wired for either 1:10 or 1:20 step-up configurations. Coupled with our new L3 Phono Stage kit we have a wonderful high-end moving coil solution now. With the step-up kit you can configure loading resistors and step-up ratio which makes it very customizable - The unit is very well grounded which makes is superbly quiet. We are proud to announce that our new phono stage, the L3 Phono Stage Kit, is now available for general release. Starting at $1,299USD we are offering Level A, B and C versions.
This uses the same phono circuit as that found in the world-renowned Audio Note M3 Pre-amplifier finished product. We have taken the phono circuit and coupled it with a dedicated M2 power supply and placed it in its own wide chassis. The M3 phono circuit has been highly praised by its users for many many years and now we can offer it to you in kit form. The phono circuit is driven by a input pair of 6072 tubes followed by a RIAA passive EQ circuit and another 6072 output tube. The filament circuitry from the power supply supplies the input and output tubes separately. It boasts an overall gain of 40db (100x voltage gain) and is ideally suited to driving a line pre-amplifier or an integrated amplifier. The M3 phono circuit is all silver hardwired! AudioNote Kits is pleased to announce the new InterStage Mono Block Power Amplifier Kits. We are making 10 pairs available from now until Oct 1st.
You can check out the pricing and configurations on the new Mono Block Web page - we have also made the manual available in downloadable format so that you can take a look at the excellent instructions! The Mono Blocks have been designed by Andy Grove and have been matched to work with the L3 or L2 Audio Note Pre-amplifiers. The Interstage Mono Block is a low gain power amplifier that puts out 3.5 Watts in single triode 2A3 mode all the way up to 16 Watts as a parallel 300B. Our most common configuration will be 300B at 8w per channel but the builder can try both 2A3 and 300B with just 5 minutes of soldering. |

The InterStage Monblocks can be fitted for the IE core output transformers (used in the kit1) or the double C-core transformers - With the IE core you can build for either 300B or 2A3 (single triode mode) or for parallel 300B you will need the double C-core Trans 305. There will also be a number of you interested in upgrading a a Kit1 or PQ Kit1 to the new Mono blocks - this will be an easy task since you already have o/p transformers and a mains transformer and choke - let us know if you would like to upgrade and we can put a package together for you to buy mono block chassis and additional parts etc. Click here to go to the Interstage Mono Block Kit page. | ||

Our latest featured kit is a Chrome Chassis Kit1 300B/2A3 single-ended triode amplifier.
This is effectively our standard Kit1 with a stunning high-gloss, chrome finished chassis. Also featured are gold selector and volume knobs and chrome output transformer covers. The kit can be built as either a 300B or 2A3 amplifier - simply tell us your choice when ordering and we supply the necessary tubes and instructions etc. to build the version of your choice. The Chrome Chassis version of the Kit1 300B/2A3 amplifier is currently available at the special price of $1,999USD.
