Kit1 Build Procedure Support Information

This page takes you through a generalised build procedure for a Kit1 amplifier.

These are the steps that you would take to build your very own Kit1 Amplifier

1: Install Grommets into Chassis

2: Install Mains TX

3: Install Filament Heat Sink

4: Install Output Transformers

5: Install Choke

6: Install IEC/rocker

7: Install 300B section & 5U4G base

9: Power Supply PCB

8: Driver Board

8: Filament Board

8: Inter wire filament board in chassis

8: Inter wire power supply board in chassis

8: Inter wire 5U4G section

9: Inter wire driver board

9: Install PTFE silver wire with 3K3 resistor

9: Install AN-A or AN-V cable

9: Speaker Post install

9: Driver Board Pot secure and install board

9: Power On phase and testing

9: Final Wire cleanup
